SpaceX lifted off with a Starlink mission during the morning of Aug. 25. The rocket soared into space. It was the 37th time for that Falcon booster, setting a new rocket reuse record. The flight represented the 100th Falcon 9 launch of 2026. Morning skywatchers expected to observe a jellyfish effect high above. Spaceflight Now and Space showed live coverage of the flight.
SpaceX also intended to unveil its Louisiana plans on Aug. 25. Elsewhere, NASA positioned its next star space telescope on a Falcon Heavy rocket. That launch takes place Aug. 30.
