Tall buildings will be built near Westfield West Lakes. The site permits towers up to 20 storeys high.
The plan introduces high rise living to the suburb. More homes are set to arrive, with the state aiming to 2,000 new dwellings around the shopping area. Workers will build high density housing complexes across the neighbouring neighbourhood. This provides new living capacity.
