Alex de Minaur has withdrawn with injury during the China Open final in Beijing on Tuesday, conceding the title to Novak Djokovic. The Australian was in strong form before stepping away from the court.
De Minaur spoke about his game before the retirement as "really positive" and said he will make his way to Shanghai for scans to determine the extent of the injury. Djokovic won the trophy by walkover.
