Tesla shares climbed nearly 3% on Tuesday after regulators cleared the use of Tesla's Full Self-Driving technology. Investors also noted that the same day the company rolled out its Cybercab, a vehicle without a steering wheel or pedals, onto U.S. streets. The Cybercab is already under federal investigation. Analysts at Simply Wall St called the stock overvalued even with artificial intelligence growth prospects. Registrations across Europe in August came in mixed for the automaker. Tesla kept drifting through the midday session as the Cybercab debate unfolded.
