Northern Ireland has launched new driving licence rules, making it the first region in the UK to implement progressive licensing for young drivers. The changes are now in effect today and are expected to impact all drivers. The new rules may also impact motorcycle licensing and enforcement. The government has announced the new driving regulations, which will be enforced across the region. This development follows recent changes in the region's transport rules.
